Painting boats is exciting. The reflections and movement in the water is challenging and fun to interpret. If you are focused, you can actually see the light bouncing from surface to surface. They always present a lure to the viewer to head out to sea towards Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. Cape Cod’s coast, rivers, ponds, and marinas cradle these vessels with love. Provincetown’s sunsets and resting skiffs are frequent destinations of mine.
